The footage shows McMahon weaving through traffic at over 100 mph before slamming into a BMW driven by Barbara Doran, sending debris flying across the roadway and eventually crashing into a guardrail. As officers approached the wreckagecomplete with smoke pouring from the engine and airbags deployeda state trooper confronted McMahon about his driving. McMahon, who appeared shaken at the scene and declined medical attention, told the officer he was on his way to see his granddaughter for her birthday. By October 2025, a judge approved his entry into a pretrial program, allowing him to avoid further penalties if he meets certain conditions, including making a $1,000 charitable donation and maintaining proper licensing and insurance for one year.
