Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then welcomes us to the show as new WWE NXT Champion Joe Hendrys music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Joe then plays to the crowd and grabs the microphone. Joe then turns in the ring and starts off by telling the fans to say his name and he appears. Joe then says he is your NXT champion. Joe then says he wants to thank you for believing in him. Joe then says whilst you never stopped believing in him, he did have some doubts in the match last week. Joe then says he had never been in a high stakes ladder match and he was in pain, but he saw Ricky Saints. Joe then says he saw Ricky about to become the champion again and he heard the people say WE BELIEVE. Joe then says it gave him the power to climb the ladder and send Ricky crashing through the ladder. Joe then says there was no doubt that he was the new champion. Joe then says in that moment he had no reason to doubt himself. Joe then says his climb started before he came to NXT. Joe then says winning amateur titles in the UK was a step. Joe then says winning the TNA title was a step. Joe then says his song charting around the world was a step. Joe then says facing Randy Orton at WrestleMania was a step. Joe then says he is the champion now and the climb does not stop. Joe then says it is just getting started. Joe then says that they are going to take NXT to ne heights. Joe then says we believe is not a catch phrase. The Vanity Project then interrupts and Jackson Drake says that was inspiration. Jackson then says he could run through a freaking wall. Jackson then says you are looking at the EVOLVE champion and you shut your mouths when he talks. Jackson then says Joe should be a motivational speaker or start a podcast. Jackson then says as champion you are mid at best. Jackson then says you go viral for singing a stupid song. Jackson then says he goes viral for looking that good. Jackson then says you never should have been in that ladder match. Jackson, Ricky and Brad then enter the ring and Jackson says they were the ones who attacked Joe. Jackson then says they tried to take him out because he did not belong. Joe then says you tried to take him out of the match, but it didnt work. Joe then tells Drake if they coordinated their attacks better than their outfits, it might have worked. Drake then suggests that they take the advice of their friend Ethan Page and finish the job. Joe then says since you admit that you attacked him, he has not problem kicking your ass and defending the title. Joe then punches Drake, Brad and Ricky. Joe then hits a fallaway slam and Drake hits a chop block when Joe goes for Standing Ovation on Brad. Drake then hits a running drop kick while Brad and Ricky hold Joe. Drake then eventually gets his shirt off and he takes the title belt and does the turn. We then see Sol Ruca and ZARIA in the locker room and Sol asks if last week was too much. ZARIA then asks about the Sol Snatcher and Sol says it was an accident. She then says they are a great team and one of them need to win tonight. ZARIA then says tonight is her chance. Sol then says if she wins and ZARIA wants to know why it cant be her time. She then tells Sol they need to stay out of each others way and ZARIA leaves. Jaida Parker then cuts a promo and says everyone who tries her gets taken care off. Jaida then says this ass whopping is all about you Blake. We then see Keanu Carver yelling at Robert Stone about Jackson Drake getting a title match. Stone says he came first and Shawn wants chaos. Keanu then says he understands and he starts to walk away and Stone stops him, but Keanu asks Stone if he has a problem and Stone lets him go. Jaida Parker then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Blake Monroe follows. Singles Match: Jaida Parker vs. The Glamour Blake Monroe The match starts off with Jaida attacking Blake and the referee warns her. Blake then goes to the floor and they return to the ring. Blake then hits some punches and kicks. Jaida then hits an Irish whip and a German suplex. Jaida then misses a splash into the corner and Blake gets a rollup for a near fall. Jaida then hits a body scissors and some punches. Blake then hits some forearms and Jaida adds more pressure to the body scissors to stop her. Jaida then moves into the center of the ring to keep Blake from getting to the ropes. Blake then rolls to get to the ropes to force a break. Blake then drops Jaida on the top rope and hits a Thesz Press. Jaida then hits a back elbow into the corner. Jaida is then sent into the turnbuckles and Blake hits some forearms to the back of the head. Blake is then sent to the apron and Jaida kicks Blake off the apron. Blake then sends Jaida into the announce desk. Blake then hits a kick to the ribs and they return to the ring. Blake then pie faces Jaida in the ropes and kicks her. Blake then hits a suplex and she gets a near fall. Blake then chokes Jaida in the ropes. Blake then goes for a suplex, but Blake slips and it turns into a brainbuster and Blake gets a near fall. Jaida then blocks a suplex and hits some forearms. Blake then hits a sling blade for a near fall. Blake then applies a cross face. Blake then slams Jaidas head into the mat. Jaida then rolls over to get a near fall. Blake then holds on to the cross face. Jaida then gets another rollup for a near fall. Blake then hits a punch and she sends Jaida into the turnbuckles. Blake then hits some kicks. Blake then chokes Jaida in the corner. Blake then mocks Jaida and she runs into an elbow. Blake then hits a handstandcarana followed by a drop kick. Jaida then blocks a knee and Jaida hits a back elbow and a forearm. Jaida then hits a back elbow and a clothesline. Jaida then gets Blake on her shoulders and hits a Samoan drop. Jaida then runs into a back elbow and Blake hits a kick. Jaida then puts Blake in the ropes and she sets up for the springboard seated splash and she hits it. Blake then rolls to the floor to avoid a hip. Blake then chops Jaida and they exchange punches. Jaida then sends Blake into the ring steps. Jaida then misses a knee against the ringside barrier. Blake then hits a head butt and the referee gets to ten. The Singles Match ends in a double count-out! After the match, officials make their way out to try to stop their brawl. Jaida then hangs Blake on the apron and steps and hits a seated splash. Jaida then goes for a running hip and hits a referee when Blake moves. Blake then gets into the crowd while Jaida attacks security and kicks one of them through the ringside barrier. We then get a video package for Tatum Paxley. Tatum asks if you were ever around people where you felt suffocated. Tatum then says that is the way it was with Izzi. Tatum then says the harder she tried to stay above water, the more she sank. Tatum then says she looked for something to complete her. Tatum then says she was looking for pieces of her. Tatum then says she needed to control the story, but she held on too tightly. Tatum then says she lost sight of who she was so she let go. Tatum then says when she did, everything slowed down. Tatum then says the noise disappeared and she saw things clearly. Tatum then says it was already inside her. Tatum then says this feud isnt about control, it is about clarity and being in the right mindset. Tatum then says she will not walk out of this as the Tatum Paxley Izzi tried to create, but the Tatum Paxley she is. We then see Kale Dixon yelling at Uriah Connors for walking out on them. He then says Chase U was dead and they built it back. Uriah then says Chase held him back. Ariana, Channing and Lexis then show up and Kale says he didnt want to listen to them. Uriah then says he wanted to walk away from his dads legacy. Lexis then says they figured out what they need to do and there is one more piece left. Uriah then says he has a bit of a history so he will deal with it. Eli Knight and Josh Briggs then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night. WWE Mens Speed Championship #1 Contenders Tournament Finals Match: Josh Briggs vs. Eli Knight The match starts off with Josh missing a boot, but he hits a clothesline. Josh then hits a forearm and an Irish whip, but Eli goes to the apron and he hits a cross body and Josh rolls to the floor. Eli is then grabbed by Josh from the apron, but Eli kicks Josh off the apron. Eli then hits a double jump moonsault onto Josh on the floor. Josh then hits a back elbow and a hip toss into a back breaker. Josh then hits a Northern Lariat for a near fall. Josh then slams Elis head into the mat and he sets up for a choke slam, but Eli counters with a victory roll. Eli then lands on his feet on a back body drop. Eli then hits a super kick and a flying boot. Eli then hits a moonsault for the win. The winner of the WWE Mens Speed Championship #1 Contenders Tournament Finals Match, Eli Knight! After the match, Elio LeFleur and Eli Knight are in the ring and they shake hands. Jasper Troy then attacks both men and he choke slams Eli onto Elios back. We then see DarkState walking in the backstage area. We then see the doctor checking on Lola Vice. Robert Stone then stops by and congratulates her and says if Lola is ready he has a match for Lola against Kelani. Lola then says she wants the match. The referee then tells the doctor and Stone that they need to show up. Kelani then attacks Lola from behind and works on the hand. We then see the lounge destroyed and Keanu Carver is the one standing. DarkState then make their way down to the ring to address the NXT Universe and they grab a mic. Dion says he climbed the ladder and touched the belt and he realized they belong in the main event. He then says they set a standard for greatness. He then says that title was snatched from his hand and it is a matter of time before he has it. He then says it does not matter who is the champion because they are his target. Cutler then says Dion is the future, but Tony said some damaging words about them. He then says you have nothing and you want to make your triumphant return when nothing has changed. He then says DarkState is stronger than ever and you are lonelier than usual. v they had to destroy a pillar of NXT to get where they are. He then says that pillar is you. He then says this is your first and final warning. Osiris then says they havent forgotten about Spears and Niko. Saquon then says he wants to know what were you thinking. He then says did you think you are worthy of the titles. He then says you will never catch. Niko Vance and Shawn Spears then appear on the balcony. He then says they will not go into a 4 on 2 situation. He then says they are too smart. He then says they plan now and they will conquer later. He then says that is their plan. Niko then says they feast on weakness. He then says you are what you sought. He then says you are the hunted and they are the hunters. The lights then go out and we have some DarkState lighting. Bronco Nima then appears in the crowd and he says they decided to take a page out of DarkStates playbook. He then says they should have the tag titles if not for the Vanity Project. Price then tells Niko and Spears to wait, but they are not missing twice. Hank and Tank then comes out and Tank says they are the only ones with an acquired taste for the titles. He then says after they are done with the Vanity Project, they are coming for the tag titles. We then get a brawl and while everyone fights to the back, Tony hits a spear to Dion and Cutler. Tony then hits a spinebuster to Dion. Robert Stone is then told that the tag teams have been separated. Kelly Kincaid then asks Stone about the chaos in the tag division. Stone says the winner of the triple threat match next week between Hank and Tank, OTM and The Culling. Shiloh Hill is now in Stones office and Stone says he is busy. Ethan Page then shows up and he asks Shiloh to leave the office. Stone then says they will catch up later. Stone then asks the champ what is up. Page then says he is tied with the most North American title match. Stone then asks about Elio LeFleur. Page then mentions who he beat in TNA and AAA. Stone then says he will give them Ethan Page vs. Myles Borne. Shiloh then returns to get his knife and Page suggests him and Stone makes the match. The Vanity Project then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Joe Hendry follows. WWE NXT Championship Match: Joe Hendry (c) vs. The Vanity Projects WWE EVOLVE Champion Jackson Drake The match starts off with Drake hitting a kick and a drop kick in the corner. Drake then hits a swanton for a near fall. Drake then hits some kicks and an enzuigiri. Drake then hits a shooting star press and Joe rolls through and hits a Samoan Drop. Joe then gets a beal and hits a back body drop. Joe then clotheslines Drake over the top rope and to the floor. Drake then hits a shot to the throat and Joe avoids being sent into the apron and he sends Drake into the apron. They then return to the ring. Joe then hits a side head lock take down. Drake then hits a head scissors. Joe then applies a side head lock and hits another side head lock take down. Joe then escapes a slam and Joe hits a slam for a near fall. Joe then applies a side head lock. Drake then backs him into the corner. Drake then sends Joe into the turnbuckles. Joe then sends Drake into the turnbuckles many times. Joe then hits a suplex and he gets a near fall. Drake then sends Joe into the ropes and the floor. Drake then distracts the referee and Brad and Ricky send Joe into the ring steps. The referee then sends them to the back. Drake then sends Joe into the ring and he hits a forearm to the back. Drake then hits a kick and Joe hits a European uppercut. Drake then sends Joe to the floor and he Irish whips Joe into the ring post. They then return to the ring and Drake hits a snap mare. Drake then snaps the neck.and he gets a near fall. The winner and still the WWE NXT Champion, Joe Hendry! After the match, Joe sets up for the turn but he is attacked by hooded sweatpants guy and it is revealed to be Ricky Saints. Ricky then takes care of Joe. We then see Wren Sinclair telling Kendal Grey that they are a team and that is their advantage. Kendal then says Jacy doesnt want either of them. She then says they are going to bring the win. Tag Team Match: The Vanity Projects Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) vs. Hank & Tank (Hank Walker and Tank Ledger) The match starts off with Brad and Tank and Brad pushes Tank and goes into the ropes. Brad then hits a shot to the eyes and applies a waist lock. Tank then gyrates and Brad hits a single leg take down and he returns to the waist lock. Tank then hits a reversal and a take down. Tank then hits an arm drag and transitions into an arm bar. Tank then hits some forearms to Brads arm. Hank then tags in and they send Brad into the turnbuckles. Hank then hits an arm wringer and he gets a near fall. Hank then applies an arm bar. Ricky then hits a knee to the back from the apron and Brad hits a drop kick. Ricky then tags in and Brad hits a shoulder. Ricky then hits a boot for a near fall. Tank then tags in and hits a shoulder tackle and Hank rubs his belly and hits a splash before Tank gets a near fall. Tank then applies an arm bar. Tank then hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to Brad. Tank then goes for a flying shoulder tackle, but Ricky pulls Brad out of the way and Tank hits the ring post. Ricky then tags in and he punches Tank. Ricky then hits a drop kick to the back of the head and Brad gets a near fall. Brad then hits double sledges to Tank. Tank then hits some punches, but Brad hits some elbows. Brad then hits a European uppercut and Ricky tags in. Ricky then hits some kicks and a snap mare. Ricky then hits a forearm to the back. Tank then hits some punches. They then exchange some punches. Tank then hits elbows to Brad and punches to Ricky. Brad then holds on to Ricky to stop the tag, but Tank makes the tag to Hank. Hank then hits a slam to Ricky and some clotheslines to Brad. Hank then sends Brad into Ricky. Hank then hits a Black Hole slam for a near fall. Ricky slaps Hank and Hank smiles. Hank chops Ricky and hits a face plant. Hank with a wheelbarrow Edge-O-Matic but Brad breaks up the cover. Brad tags in. Ricky with a drop kick and Brad with a spinebuster but Tank breaks up the cover. Tank with a knee lift to Ricky and Tank with a suicide dive and Hank with a spinning slam to Brad. They hit the Malachi Crush. Tank with a shoulder tackle to Brad. Tank with a clothesline to Brad. Other tag teams come out and there is confusion by the entrance.
