Nhooph Al-Areebi formerly known to WWE fans as Aliyah may be quietly stepping away from pro wrestling, and the biggest clue came straight from her own fan platform. In a recent post, Al-Areebi told followers shes getting rid of everything tied to her wrestling career, including action figures, ring gear, and boots, inviting fans to DM her if theyre interested in buying anything. That kind of clean-out doesnt usually happen by accident and it immediately sparked speculation that her in-ring days may be coming to an end. WWE released Al-Areebi in 2023, and she hadnt wrestled for the company since September 2022. Her final WWE match came in a tag bout alongside Raquel Rodriguez, where they dropped the Womens Tag Team Titles to Dakota Kai and IYO SKY. Around that time, she was dealing with an elevated first rib injury and an AC sprain. Since leaving WWE, her in-ring activity has been minimal. Al-Areebi worked just two matches for Ontario-based Destiny Wrestling, including a womens title defense against Zayda Steel in February 2025 which now stands as her most recent match. For a wrestler still in her early 30s, selling off all remaining gear is a loud move without saying a single word and it strongly suggests she may be closing the book on wrestling for good. Is this Aliyah officially walking away from the ring, or just clearing space before her next chapter? Let us know what you think and whether youd like to see her wrestle one more time.
