Backstage, Dominik Mysterio is shown on his phone, followed by a quick shot of Lola Vice talking with Iguana. The camera then cuts to Ethan Page walking through the venue while on his phone. Moments later, Dominik Mysterios music hits and he makes his entrance. Rey Mysterio is on commentary as the show continues. Dominik addressed the crowd in Spanish, with Rey translating. He said he doesnt want to see the old men on the flags in AAA anymore because he makes the rules in AAA now. Dom claimed no one has ever brought the Mega Championship to RAW, and when he beat John Cena at Survivor Series, everyone saw his Mega Championship. Dom said AAA is exploding in popularity and asked if people really think its because of Vikingo or Dorian. He said noits because of him. He called this a new era, the Era of the Dirtiest, and declared himself the King of the Luchadores. That brought out El Hijo del Vikingo, the No. 1 contender to the Mega Championship, joined by Omos and Dorian Roldan. Roldan said he invested his money wisely by investing in Vikingo. Vikingo then grabbed the mic and said Doms days are numbered. He said that on March 14 at Rey de Reyes, the worst Mysterio will face the best in the worldhim. Dom fired back, saying hes going to beat Vikingo in front of his entire family. Vikingo congratulated Dom on his confidence but said theres no chance he beats him. He then suggested adding a stipulation to raise the stakes. Vikingo floated the idea of a career match, then a hair vs. hair match. He said hell let Dom decide and gave him two weeks to think about it. Theyll then sign the contract for the match, proving once and for all that this is a WWE show. Backstage, a FaceTime call revealed that Chelsea Green is in a walking boot and cant defend her and Ethan Pages AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles. Suddenly, La Hiedra appeared, took Pages phone, and led him toward the ring. Ethan Page & La Hiedra vs Mr. Iguana & Lola Vice Iguana and Lola Vice made their entrance in matching sparkly green gear. Ethan Page and La Hiedra followed, both looking concerned. It was explained that Pages partner Chelsea Green was injured on WWE SmackDown, but she managed to FedEx her belt to Page so he could still compete. La Hiedra had earned her spot in the match after losing to Vice last week to decide who would team with Iguana. Page and Iguana started the match, with Page taking control early with a headlock. Iguana escaped, took Page down with a drop toe hold, and then countered a lift into a DDT, forcing Page to tag out. That brought in La Hiedra, but Lola Vice quickly entered and teamed with Iguana to take control. Vice hit a suplex and an arm drag before La Hiedra bailed to the outside. Vice followed, but La Hiedra smashed her hand on the steel steps and tossed her back into the ring. La Hiedra stayed focused on Vices hand, hitting a dropkick for a two count and continuing the attack. Vice fought back with a waistlock takedown and tagged Iguana in. Iguana hit shoulder blocks and a hurricanrana on Page, who kicked out at two. La Hiedra made a blind tag and tried to kiss Iguana, but he dodged and flew over the top rope to take out Page on the floor. Back in the ring, La Hiedra hit a flatliner on Vice, but Iguana popped up and got involved. Page tried to interfere from the apron, but Vice countered by throwing La Hiedra into him, knocking Page down. Vice then rolled up La Hiedra and scored the three-count, making her and Iguana the new AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. Winner: Mr. Iguana & Lola Vice defeated Ethan Page and La Hiedra Backstage, Dominik Mysterio confronted El Grande Americano and mocked him for being a fan of his deadbeat dad. The comments clearly struck a nerve, as Rey Mysterio stopped translating the Spanish exchange. Whatever was said next became irrelevant when chaos broke out. El Grande Americano was suddenly attacked by another Americano. The original El Grande Americano handcuffed him to a pole, and the show immediately cut to commercial. Rey de Reyes Qualifying Match: El Grande Americano vs. Rey Fenix vs. Dragon Lee vs. Octagn Jr. Octagn Jr., Rey Fnix, and Dragon Lee all came out to strong reactions, but the crowd was clearly waiting for El Grande Americano. When the moment arrived, the Original El Grande Americano made his entrance, officially replacing the other Americano from earlier in the night. Lee, Fnix, Octagn, and the fans all motioned for Americano to be removed from the match, but the referee allowed him to stay and the bell rang. Americano immediately took punishment from all three and was sent to the floor. Octagn and Lee spilled to the outside as Octagn and Fnix briefly squared off, until Americano grabbed Octagns ankle and pulled him out. Lee and Fnix then double superkicked Americano. Lee and Fnix exchanged fast-paced offense, running the ropes and trading kicks and hurricanrana attempts. Americano cut them off by climbing the turnbuckle and hitting a double clothesline. Octagn quickly returned and wiped Americano out with a tornado dive to the outside. Back in the ring, Fnix powerbombed Octagn and followed with a dive onto Lee. Americano countered Fnixs aerial attempt with a superplex, but Octagn broke up the pin. A backstage cut showed the other Americano finally being released by security. Americano tried to unmask Fnix but instead hit a Cliffhanger DDT. He wiped out Lee at the announce table, dropkicked Octagn, and continued to control the action. A moonsault attempt missed, allowing Lee and Octagn back into the match. Lee hit a huge double stomp off the ropes, then dropped Octagn with a corner dropkick. Americano nearly stole the win with a roll-up, but Lee answered with a Styles Clash tribute. Fnix and Lee traded strikes before Octagn hit a poisonrana on Fnix. Americano then unleashed multiple German suplexes, launched Lee into the turnbuckles, and locked Fnix in a grapevined ankle lock until Octagn broke it up with a 450 splash. Fnix responded with a jaw-dropping moment, running across the top rope to blast Americano with a knee. Americano escaped an unmasking attempt, loaded his mask with a hidden steel plate, and headbutted both Lee and Octagn. He followed with a diving headbutt and pinned Octagn to win the match. Winner: The Original El Grande Americano defeated Rey Fnix, Dragon Lee, and Octagn Jr. After the match, the other Americanonow freeran to the ring and chased off Grande Americano as the show went off the air.
