The mystery surrounding Bron Breakkers Royal Rumble entry just got a major updateand it looks like hes officially entering the match from the #2 spot.
During the Countdown to Royal Rumble pre-show, Paul Heyman confronted RAW General Manager Adam Pearce in a tense, on-air exchange. Heyman accused Pearce of rigging the Rumble entry order as payback, referencing a top NXT star starting early in the match. While Heyman never said Brons name, Michael Colealso on the panelheavily implied that the conversation was about Breakker.
Pearce pushed back, stating the Rumble numbers were drawn at random and denying any deliberate targeting. Still, the segment all but confirmed that Breakker will be starting the 30-man match from position #2.
This comes after a production slip-up on the international Netflix broadcast of SmackDown, where a graphic showed Breakker as the #1 entranta leak that sparked immediate speculation. Tonights update clarifies that while he wont be starting at #1, Breakker will enter second, placing him at the very front of the Rumble battle.
Its a major spotlight for the NXT powerhouse, and if he lasts, it could mark the beginning of his full-blown arrival on the main roster. If he doesnt, the story may be in how long he survivesand who takes him out.
