Former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowmanreal name Adam Scherrhas been released from the hospital following a serious health scare that required emergency surgery on his knee. The powerhouse wrestler turned TV host took to social media on Friday to confirm the good news, sharing relief and gratitude with fans who had been anxiously awaiting an update.

Strowman revealed earlier in the week that what started as a minor issue quickly escalated into a dangerous infection in the bursa around his patellaa condition that caused extreme pain and swelling. Doctors were forced to perform an emergency procedure to drain the fluid and remove the infected bursa entirely.
