The war of words between Seth Rollins and CM Punk just hit another leveland this time, Rollins didnt hold anything back.
In a new January 29, 2026 interview with ESPN, Rollins was asked to name the one person in WWE he hates the most. Without hesitation, he pointed to the Royal Rumble poster next to him and called out the current World Heavyweight ChampionCM Punk.
Rollins, who was forced to vacate the World Title last year due to an injury, sent a direct warning to the Second City Saint, making it clear hes determined to reclaim the title.
This comment comes just days after Punk mocked Rollins during his Hot Ones appearance, reacting to a clip where Rollins refused to say anything nice about him. Instead of complimenting Punk, Seth bit into a hot wingdodging the prompt without a word. Punk fired back: I would gleefully say he really punched above his weight. Thats nice, right?
The real-life tension between Rollins and Punk goes beyond TV. Last year, Rollins publicly accused Punk of betrayal and manipulation, saying hed never trust him again.
With the Royal Rumble just days away and WrestleMania 42 taking place in April, this grudge feels far from overand Rollins just made sure everyone knows who his target is.
