WWEs Seth Rollins may be recovering from surgery, but hes far from done.

Appearing on First Take, the former World Heavyweight Champion got real about his health, his injury history, and how much gas is left in his tank after 20+ years in the business. While he acknowledged hes no stranger to wear and tear, Rollins made it clear that the end isnt quite hereat least not yet.

Rollins was asked how hes feeling after a career filled with knee issues, a recent shoulder surgery, and a back problem that popped up in 2024. Without sugarcoating anything, he laid it out bluntly:

Despite that sobering admission, Rollins didnt sound like someone ready to pack it up and ride off into the sunset. In fact, he claimed hes still operating at peak performance:

Even with Royal Rumble off the table due to a rotator cuff surgery in October, Rollins remains one of WWEs most respected workhorsesand he made it crystal clear hes not going anywhere just yet.

Seth Rollins isnt thinking about retirementbut hes thinking about reality. Whether hes flying off the ropes or speaking from the heart, Rollins always delivers.
