WWE personality and media host Peter Rosenberg is not staying silent about the fatal shooting of ICU nurse Alex Pretti and his reaction cuts straight to the point.
In a post to Twitter/X, Rosenberg voiced outrage after watching the video that allegedly shows federal agents shooting Pretti, who was unarmed and filming the incident. He called the killing a cowardly act and aimed his anger directly at those defending the shooting online.
Rosenberg went on to express disbelief that anyone could watch the footage and justify what happened. His follow-up post echoed the frustration and horror many have expressed across the country.
The video in question, which is now circulating widely, shows a federal officer disarming Pretti before a Border Patrol agent fires the fatal shot. Federal officials have claimed self-defense, while Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has publicly rejected that narrative. Protests have erupted in Minneapolis and other major cities, demanding justice for Pretti and accountability from those involved.
Rosenberg isnt the only figure from the wrestling world to weigh in. Earlier, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley posted a somber message after watching the same footage, writing, This looks to me like murder in broad daylight, followed by character assassination from the highest levels of our government.
As national outrage continues to build, voices like Rosenberg and Foleys are joining the growing demand for transparency, answers, and justice.
Do you think public figures like Rosenberg speaking out help move the conversation forward, or do you think it just deepens the divide? Let us know where you stand in the comments.
