WWE fans were shocked when Braun Strowman was released from the company. This was his second release from WWE, but this time Strowman didnt lose his name.
Braun Strowman stars in a USA Network food show called Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman, where he travels around the country hitting up local restaurants and ordering everything theyve got. The show debuted in Fall 2025, was produced by WWE and Bright North Studios, and was successful enough to earn a second season.
Many fans were curious to know how Braun Strowman was able to use his WWE name after the company cut him. The series on USA Network also makes it seem like hes still with WWE.
Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that Braun Strowman being able to use his name for his USA Network show isnt an issue. Season one was filmed while he was still under contract with WWE, and the company had no problem with it anyway since USA Network is one of its broadcast partners.
Braun Strowman has been quite open about his WWE release. We will have to see what is next for Braun Strowman. The Monster Among Monsters is still One Big SOB, but he is no longer officially with WWE. That will certainly give him a lot more freedom, and he also gets to have his cake and eat it too by using his established WWE persona on that USA Network series.
