Rikishi is fed up with how expensive its become just to attend a WWE show and hes not holding back.
Speaking on his podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer went off on the current state of live-event ticketing under TKO, admitting that even with his Legends contract, its almost impossible to help friends or family get in the building without paying absurd prices. And if you thought being a legend came with perks, think again.
Rikishi compared todays ridiculous prices with the days when a working-class fan could take the whole family out for a night of wrestling without draining their bank account.
Despite acknowledging that todays talent is finally getting paid what theyre worth, Rikishi says the shift under TKO has created a disconnect with everyday fans.
He says fans come up to him and complain all the time and while hes not in charge, hes doing his part to speak up.
Rikishi isnt calling for a boycott, but hes damn sure calling out the system. Because when even the Samoan legends own family cant get into shows? You know theres a problem.
