Despite recent discussions, Blake Monroe and Jacy Jayne arent heading to RAW or SmackDown just yet.
According to Fightful Select on January 9, 2026, WWE has definitely held internal discussions about both Monroe and Jayne joining the main roster but no call-ups are expected imminently.
The update comes after earlier reports noted that Monroe was being eyed for a move to RAW and that creative plans involving her were already in motion. Jayne, who is the current NXT Womens Champion, was also reported to be in serious consideration for a jump following a solid 2025.
Jayne has been on WWEs radar for years, especially after making her SmackDown debut back in August 2022. According to previous Fightful reporting, her appearance left a lasting impression, sparking semi-regular conversations about a future promotion.
The news doesnt rule out either star moving up later in 2026 but for now, both are expected to remain key players in NXT as WWE continues to evaluate its roster strategy.
