The Rock is not lacing up his boots for WrestleMania 42, but theres already a massive offer on the table for WrestleMania 43 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabiaand it could mark the final chapter of his in-ring career.
According to Andrew Baydala, The Rock is back in talks with WWEbut not for WrestleMania 42. The real target is WrestleMania 43, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2027. WrestleMania 43 could be the final match of The Rocks storied career, but hes not sold on the idea just yet.
This comes after his return earlier in 2025, where he played a major role in John Cenas heel turn and WWE Championship win at Elimination Chamber. Speaking to The Pat McAfee Show in April, The Rock explained why he walked away from that storyline afterwards.
Now, with WrestleMania heading to Riyadh next year, WWE is clearly trying to line up one last mega match featuring The Final Boss on an international stage. The big question: Will The Rock agree to wrestle in what could be his swan songon Saudi soil?
With WrestleMania 43 already confirmed for Riyadh, the stakes couldnt be higher for WWE or The Rock. One final electrifying match could draw global attention and redefine WrestleMania as a truly international spectacle.
