AEW is officially parting ways with one of its most iconic venuesat least for now.
Dailys Place, the open-air amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida that served as the spiritual home of All Elite Wrestling, will be unavailable through at least 2027and possibly well into 2028.
The closure comes as part of the Khan familys Stadium of the Future redevelopment project, which will connect Dailys Place to EverBank Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. According to current projections, the entire area will be under construction beginning after a scheduled concert next week, with completion expected sometime in 2028.
The venue is owned by the City of Jacksonville, while Shad Khans Bold Events manages day-to-day operations. With the project impacting both Dailys Place and EverBank Stadium, even the Jaguars will temporarily relocate, planning to host their 2027 NFL home games at Camping World Stadium in Orlandoa familiar location for wrestling fans as the host of WrestleMania 33.
For AEW, the loss of Dailys Place is more than logisticalits deeply symbolic. The venue was more than just a stage; it was a lifeline during the pandemic. Starting in March 2020, with the world locked down, AEW taped nearly all of its shows at Dailys Placeincluding Dynamite, AEW Dark, and several pay-per-viewsuntil touring resumed in summer 2021.
The company last used the venue in October 2025 for a special Title Tuesday edition of Dynamite and a Collision taping, marking what may be its final events in the space for several years.
AEWs connection to Dailys Place helped define the brand during its most uncertain days. With the venue now going dark, the company will have to forge ahead without the home-field energy that once carried it through a global crisis.
