NXT has a ton of up-and-coming Superstars of tomorrow. Some are already making big impressions on the main roster.
Saturday Nights Main Event finally went down in Washington, DC, and this was a night full of big matches. Nobody know what to expect when WWE is on a mission to get headlines and attention, and the entire show was worth paying attention to.
Bayley and Sol Ruca had their match at Saturday Nights Main Event as the second contest of the night. This came after Oba Femi and Cody Rhodes bloody war was ruined by Drew McIntyre.
As the match progressed, Sol Ruca was impressing the Washington, DC fans in a big way. Then Bayley nailed a Rose Plant, but she over-rotated the pin and Sol got her foot on the bottom rope.
After that, Sol Ruca nailed a Sol Snatcher, which popped the crowd in a big way. Bayley started to roll out of the ring, but Ruca pulled her back in. Then Baley rolled Sol Ruca up, but the NXT Superstar reversed the pin and got the three count.
After the match, Sol Ruca and Zaria celebrated, and then Bayley and Lyra Valkyria joined them in the ring. They all raised hands and did John Cenas salute to the camera. This was a big moment for Sol Ruca to pull off a massive in on this historic stage. Only time will tell how much longer she has in NXT at this point.
