A few days earlier, Jericho spoke on the WBSM with Tim Weisberg show, where he dropped a very non-committal update about his in-ring future as he simply stated that fans would see him wrestle in 2026.
AEW President Tony Khan also addressed Jerichos status on The Ariel Helwani Show, admitting he and Jericho are still in touchbut couldnt say if or when hell be back.
