Vincent and Dutchcollectively known as The Righteousjust made a massive statement at TNA Final Resolution, stepping straight into the tag team title picture with their sights set on Matt and Jeff Hardy.
After successfully defending the TNA Tag Team Titles against High Ryze, The Hardys had no time to breathe. As they celebrated their win, The Righteous made their surprise entrance, walking to ringside with purpose. The message was cleartheyre not here for nostalgia, theyre here for gold.
This TNA arrival comes amid reports that WWE has renewed interest in signing The Righteous. Prior to their arrival at TNA, the duo has been telling indie promoters theyre finishing up dates, and backstage chatter suggests WWE has been circling again. The two had a tryout back in December 2022 alongside Kylie Rae and KC Navarro, but Vince McMahons abrupt return triggered a hiring freeze that stalled their potential signing.
Since then, The Righteous had a run in AEW/ROH but eventually secured their release. With support from key WWE names like Elijah (fka Elias)who even filmed vignettes with the groupand the late Bray Wyatt, who pushed for them after their tryout, its no surprise theyre gaining traction again.
While their WWE future doesnt seem likely, The Righteous are wasting no time. Their TNA debut instantly placed them in a high-profile spot, going after the most iconic team in tag wrestling history. Its clear they didnt show up to wait in linetheyre here to take over.
