When TNA Wrestling announced that AMC will be their new television home, a lot of fans were very shocked. After all, many of them hadnt tuned into the network since Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul were on the air.

TNA Wrestling is heading to the home of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul as part of its new partnership with AMC. The company will tape its first AMC-bound events in New Mexico on January 22 and 23, 2026, at the Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque. Both nights will be part of the content aired on the network as TNA settles into its new weekly home.

The official series premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC will air live a week earlier on January 15, 2026, from the Curtis Culwell Center in the DallasFort Worth Metroplex.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that AMCs press release never stated that iMPACT! would air live weekly. He noted that securing Albuquerque for early tapings was partly tied to the networks existing notoriety in the city. After all, AMC painted Albuquerque as a hub of Walter Whites meth distribution for years.

Albuquerque was picked because of its deep ties to AMCs most recognizable franchises. The city served as the backdrop for Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, making it a symbolic location for TNAs first tapings under the new deal. TNA is hoping the partnership is not just a Saul Goodman quick fix.

It was also noted that the idea of going live weekly was discussed as part of a new AMC deal, but TNAs plans to base tapings at Full Sail University in Orlando are no longer a part of the plan. Instead, the company will continue running from different locations, which was their game plan for the last part of 2025.

If youre in the area, tickets for the TNA Wrestling Albuquerque, New Mexico events go on general sale December 11, with a pre-sale beginning December 9. Pre-sale registration is available right now.
