Apollo Crews has finally made his return to the squared circle after several months of being on the shelf.

During a dark match before the AAA Alianzasat the Juan de la Barrera, Lince Dorado issued an open challenge to anyone to come face him in a match. The challenge was answered by none other than Apollo Crews.

Apollo Crews made his AAA debut and looked in excellent shape as he gave Lince Dorado the match of his career. When all was said and done, Crews defeated Dorado with a gorilla press followed by a standing backward somersault. Unsurprisingly, the fans in Mexico cheered for Crews in a big way.

Before this match, Apollo Crews last wrestled on the January 24 episode of SmackDown, where he squared off against Johnny Gargano. It was then revealed that heended up suffering a pec injury, and he ended up havingsurgery for the same on February 4.

Apollo Crews returning to the ring in AAA is exciting for wrestling fans. It also makes people wonder if he might be planning something big outside WWE. Whether this was just a one-time match or the start of something bigger, his performance showed hes still strong and ready to compete at a high level again.
