WWE is bringing Elimination Chamber 2026 to the United Center in Chicago on February 28, but fans hoping to score good seats may be in for a rude awakening.
According to Andrew Baydala, pre-sale ticket prices have reached outrageous levels, with off-center Row 1 seats going for around $5,180 each. The real jaw-dropper, however, is the center ringside Row 1 On-Location package priced at an eye-popping $32,500 per seat.
This pricing model falls right in line with WWEs current approach under the TKO Group Holdings umbrella, where premium ticketing has become the new normal. Since the TKO merger in 2023, average ticket prices for major WWE events have nearly doubled, shifting the focus toward high-end, high-dollar experiences even if it comes at the expense of everyday fans.
Elimination Chamber weekend is being treated as a full-scale WWE festival. SmackDown will be taped the night before on February 27, and internal discussions are already underway for additional events, including potential showcases from NXT and AAA, to give fans a multi-show weekend in Chicago.
While this strategy brings in significant revenue, its also sparked backlash among fans who feel priced out. Luxury experiences are clearly the priority now, but whether that comes at the cost of long-term loyalty remains to be seen.
