WWE SmackDowns November 7 episodewent down at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.This included a lot of fallout from Saturdays special show.
Jade Cargill beat Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Womens Title at Saturday Nights Main Event. The Storm came to SmackDown this week, and her appearance was hyped as a featured part of the show.
Jade Cargill knows a thing or two about holding titles. She was AEW TBS Champion for 508 days. The new WWE Womens Champion made her way out at the end of SmackDowns first hour this week, and she was ready to hold her title high.
All Cargill did was hold the microphone and proclaim that nobody needs to get it confused. Im that bitch, she said before throwing down her microphone and leaving. As Cargill left, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss came out and interrupted her. They walked past Jade and posed under Flairs pyro, but Cargill remained on the ramp. Flair wanted to go do something about Cargill, but Bliss pulled her back. That was an interesting, and tense, moment.
Cargill winning this title was a big deal. It also gave WWE the ability to really stick it to AEW with a photo-op. We will have to see whats next for her, but she is certainly having a good time as champion so far.
