WWE has a lot going on, and Cody Rhodes always has a massive target on his head. This week was no different on SmackDown.
WWE SmackDowns November 7 episode went down at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. This was a good episode as they stacked the deck after Saturday Nights Main Event. That included a new challenger stepping up to Cody Rhodes.
The Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes, opened up WWE SmackDown this week. He started to cut a promo, but then he was rudely interrupted.
Zelina Vega and Aleister Black made their way out. They have been recently teamed up with each other, and Black wants the title belt now.
After a bit of a back-and-forth promo, Zelina Vega then slapped Cody Rhodes across the face. Then WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis came out to book a match between Black and Rhodes later on in the night.
We will have to see what happens next, but Cody Rhodes doesnt get slapped like that often. Zelina Vega certainly kept Cody on his toes this week.
