Saturday Nights Main Event is taking place this week and it promises to be an exciting show, with WWE putting together a strong lineup. Therefore, fans are excited to see whether the show will surpass all expectations.
Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
Cody Rhodes will be defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre at Saturday Nights Main Event. This match was confirmed after Cody Rhodes intentionally disqualified himself against McIntyre earlier this month. This led to Rhodes eventually accepting the stipulation that Cody will lose the title if hes disqualified or counted out, raising the stakes in an even bigger way. So well have to see if Rhodes can manage to beat McIntyre once again.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk vs. Jey Uso
CM Punk and Jey Uso will battle it out to crown a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion after Seth Rollins was forced to vacate the title due to injury. Punk was named No. 1 contender and Jey Uso got his shot after winning a 20-man battle royal. Both stars already know what its like to be the World Heavyweight Champion, so it remains to be seen who will pick up the win and walk out as the new champion when all is said and done.
WWE Womens Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill
Jade Cargill turned heel on Tiffany Stratton on the October 24th edition of SmackDown, leading to WWE booking a title match between the two for Saturday Nights Main Event. This will be a rematch from their SummerSlam encounter, but this time around Jade Cargill has all the momentum in the world thanks to her new intensity. So fans are excited to see whether the Storm will walk out as the new WWE Womens Champion.
WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Rusev vs. Penta
Dominik Mysterio has his work cut out for him as hell defend the Intercontinental Championship in a triple threat match between Penta and Rusev. This comes after Mysterio used underhanded tactics to retain the title against both Penta and Rusev in separate matches, so now well just have to see if Mysterio can somehow survive both Penta and Rusev.
