The WWE NXT womens roster may want to start checking their passport expiration datesbecause international travel is in their future.

According to Wrestling Observers Bryan Alvarez, the current plan calls for female NXT talent to begin touring in Japan in 2026, following the path laid out by the NXT mens roster this past year.

While Alvarez didnt confirm if the women would be working specifically with Pro Wrestling NOAH, Marigold, or a combination of both, the move signals WWEs growing interest in giving its developmental talent international exposure. This would mirror the ongoing relationship between WWE and NOAH, which has seen notable crossovers in recent years.

The WWE-NOAH partnership has already led to appearances from names like Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles, and Omoswho even held the GHC Tag Team Championships during his stint. NXT talent has also seen an expanded presence in Japan lately, with several breakout debuts and tournament entries.

On the flip side, NOAHs Yoshiki Inamura had a solid run in WWE NXT, making his debut last November and competing in the brand through August.

With Japans womens wrestling scene red hot and WWE eager to elevate its next generation of stars, 2026 could be the year the NXT women go global.
