I just love Scotland. Its a good thing and its a bad thing at times (coming home). We get dragged back down to earth big time. It doesnt matter how good you are doing, someone is going to criticise you and someone is not going to be happy with the way you do things.
But, at the end of the day, it doesnt matter to me. The people I take criticism from are the people who are the closest to me and the people in my team who I trust and arent yes men. Its black and white with them and they will tell me if I am doing something well or not

When you come back to Scotland, I love the way the majority of the time I can go and do the stuff I want to go and do. We went away to Skye for a few days. I was being a tourist. I was up there enjoying myself, going for walks, sightseeing and the weather was actually half decent so we were able to get out and about."- he said, as quoted by Scotsman.
