Stark had previously torn her ACL, MCL, and meniscus during the May 19 episode of RAW, resulting in a grueling three-hour surgery and months of physical therapy. But this time, Stark let fans know things have turned a major corner.
The fear of another procedure hung over her for weeks. But according to Stark, she dodged that setback and is now back in motionliterally.
Its a huge shift from her last check-in, where she explained how hitting 90 degrees of knee flexion was the only way she could even consider walking again. That milestone came after serious frustration, but Stark powered through and hit 91 degrees after an intense PT session. Now, months later, shes leaping forward in recovery and already dreaming about her WWE return.
While theres still no confirmed return date, early reports suggest she wont be back until sometime after WrestleMania 42 in 2026. But this latest update proves Zoey Stark is crushing expectationsone milestone at a time.
