Seth Rollins may be dealing with more than just storyline betrayal after Crown Jewel and now theres confirmation that WWEs World Heavyweight Champion is set to undergo medical testing to evaluate the severity of his shoulder injury.
According to PWInsider, Rollins will be undergoing testing in the coming days, following his physical condition being called into question after his brutal match at Crown Jewel. Rollins took a coast-to-coast that may have aggravated his left shoulder, which was already rumored to be banged up going into the event.
Speculation grew after a now-deleted photo surfaced on X/Twitter, showing Rollins walking through the streets of Perth with an ice cream cone in one hand and his left arm secured in a black sling. The image, posted by a fan who ran into him ahead of RAW, clearly showed the injury but was quickly removed from the platform, adding an extra layer of mystery.
Despite being seen in a sling before the show, Rollins still appeared on RAW, only to be blindsided by his own faction, The Vision. Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker turned on him during the final segment, with Paul Heyman officially aligning with the duo. The beatdown ended with Rollins laid out in the ring, but fans were more focused on the potential real-life injury than the storyline twist.
