Ridge Holland is finally speaking out after undergoing surgery for a serious foot injury sustained during a match against Moose at the TNA tapings in Edmonton, Alberta and it sounds like hes staying mentally strong as the recovery begins.
Holland suffered a Lisfranc foot injury during the September 27, 2025 match. The bout was called off immediately after he landed awkwardly and couldnt continue. Moose helped escort him to the back, and it was later confirmed Holland needed surgery. That procedure was successfully completed on October 3.
Now, for the first time since the operation, Holland has updated fans on his condition in a video message posted to X.
The timeline for his return is estimated to be at least six months, though his personal goal appears to be getting back in the gym as soon as possible.
The injury came at a tough time, as Ridge was finding momentum again in TNA crossover appearances and seemed poised for a solid run. But now the focus shifts to rehab and recovery with fans hopeful hell make a strong comeback in 2026.
