You never know what can happen in WWE, and this weeks SmackDown saw a team go their separate ways.
The October 3 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This was a big episode, as the company continued their build toward Crown Jewel in Australia.
Carmelo Hayes and The Miz have been a team for a while. Now, it appears that the two are splitsville.
During SmackDown this week, The Miz approached Carmelo Hayes about what went down last week. He didnt like how Hayes let him get pinned last week, and he didnt do anything to stop the defeat.
That is when Melo replied to The Miz that hes on his own now. He left, and The Miz didnt look happy. After the segment, they confirmed on commentary that the two have apparently broken up.
We will have to see what is next for The Miz and Carmelo Hayes. It seems like the two may be destined to face each other at this point, but only time will tell what Triple H has planned.
