Jade Cargill took a brutal hit during the September 26 episode of WWE SmackDown, and now fans are outraged with many calling for Nia Jax to be fired.
The injury happened during the triple threat match between Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax, and Cargill. Things went south when Nia drove Jade into the steel steps outside the ring, resulting in a nasty cut to Cargills head. She was left bleeding heavily from the forehead as medics rushed to her aid.
After the show went off the air, new footage surfaced showing Jade at ringside with a towel pressed against her head to stop the bleeding. A WWE medic stayed by her side and eventually helped escort her to the back. Cargill looked visibly shaken and in serious pain as she exited the arena.
The match itself was already chaotic, but the injury wasnt the only issue. A major botch took place when Tiffany Stratton attempted a pin on Jax. The referee stopped the count, appearing to miss a cue entirely further adding to the disaster unfolding in the ring.
But its Nia Jax whos catching all the heat. Fans immediately flooded social media with calls for WWE to release her, accusing her of being unsafe and reckless. Some even believe she targeted Jade intentionally claims that havent been backed by any official statement, but are spreading fast online.
At the time of this writing, theres still no official update on Jade Cargills condition. WWE has yet to issue a statement, and Jade herself hasnt commented since the injury.
Jades fanbase is rallying behind her, sending prayers and support as she recovers from the violent spot.
