World no. 1 Carlos Alcaraz experienced a massive scare in his first match at the ATP 500 event in Tokyo! The Spaniard is facing Sebastian Baez in the first round and injured his left leg in the fifth game of the opening set.

The 22-year-old chased the ball when he suddenly stopped, dropping his racquet and falling to the ground. He felt the pain in his left leg and required a medical timeout.
