While speaking on First Take, Cody Rhodes said that his second reign as Undisputed WWE Champion is focused on enjoying the experience more than anything else. He explained that during a match its easy to get caught up in the action, the big moments, and the crowds energy.
Looking back on his first title run, which lasted a full year and came with immense pressure as WWE reached new heights, he felt the need to lead the company and be its quarterback. Now in his second reign, while he remains committed to performing at a high level, his main goal is to have fun and truly appreciate the journey.
The American Nightmare has a whole new perspective on his second reign as the Undisputed WWE Champion, so well have to see if his run will continue as he is set to defend his title against Drew McIntyre at the WWE Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event on September 20th.
