Carlos Alcaraz touched down in San Francisco ahead of this week's eighth edition of the Laver Cup. World no. 1 will lead Team Europe, targeting their sixth title and to continue where they left in Brazil last year.

Carlos wasted little time before stepping onto a different kind of court - the golf course - showing once again his love for the sport he often uses to relax away from the pressures of tennis.

Golf has become a part of the Spaniard's trademark celebration. The young gun celebrated all seven US Open victories while making a golf swing with his racket.

Seven swings brought him his sixth Major crown at 22, setting the pace the only Bjorn Borg could follow in the past! Alcaraz carried his golf passion into San Francisco courses even before stepping onto the dark tennis court.

Carlos enjoyed a session on the greens before turning his attention to the tennis court at the Chase Center. The 22-year-old is eager to lead Team Europe toward another trophy after collecting eight points in Berlin last year, including decisive ones.

With his confidence soaring after his dominant US Open run and six ATP trophies since April, the young gun arrives in sunny California to bring his trademark shots and smile.

We might also see a few more golf swings from the El Palmar native in the upcoming days as the game never stops!
