Serena and Venus Williams are joining forces once again, this time off the court to launch a podcast.

At the start of this week, the Williams sisters dropped a bombshell by announcing that "Stockton Street" will premiere on Wednesday, on social media platform X. And they also shared that the first episode was filmed in secret at Arthur Ashe Stadium, just before the start of the US Open. The podcast's title was inspired by the name of the Compton street where the iconic tennis duo grew up.

According to Serena, one of the goals of the podcast is to get to know more Venus.

As close as we are, we had to keep so many things distant because of our jobs. As much as shes my sister, shes also my opponent, and you cant be as open as you want to be. So this a real opportunity to do something that weve been trying to do, and also just a discovery thing as well," Serena told The Hollywood Reporter.

Venus Williams: A lot of people wondered whether we hated each other...

While at their peak, the Williams sisters were one of the biggest rivals on the court, and some thought that it was negatively impacting their relationship. However, they were always adamant that their relationship off the court was as strong as possible. And they plan to delve deeper into that on their podcast.

I think a lot of people have wondered, and I talk about this in the first episode, Do we really actually like each other, because we have to play each other? Do you hate each other? Do you talk to each other? Theres so much in our relationship that we get to share that we never have before. Theres a lot to unpack," Venus explained.
