Aryna Sabalenka is once again firing playful warnings to Nick Kyrgios as she is telling the Australian she plans to crush him unless the ATP gets involved and prevents their match from happening.

During the US Open, rumors started to swirl around that Sabalenka and Kyrgios were preparing for a Battle of the Sexes clash. And the Belarusian tennis star very directly confirmed in one of her pressers that people behind the scenes were working on making it work. While nothing is confirmed yet, reports suggest Hong Kong should be the location of the match, and the date should be either late 2025 or early 2026.

Appearing on the Jay Shetty Podcast, Sabalenka addressed the matter in a light way by laughing and stating: "Well, Nick, you gotta be ready. You'd better be ready. Yeah... I'm gonna kick your a-- man. I think the ATP is gonna cancel the battle. They'll be like, ok, if it's happening, let it be Jannik or Carlos, but not Nick."

Kyrgios believes he will trash Sabalenka

While chatting with Alexander Bublik on a podcast appearance, Kyrgios pretty much said that Sabalenka wouldn't stand a chance against him.

"She's not going to beat me, brother. Do you really think I have to try 100%? I'm going to try. Definitely. I'm representing you, the men's side. I would say 6-2 maybe," the 2022 Wimbledon finalist said.

At the start of the season, the top-ranked WTA player left the IMG agency and joined Naomi Osaka's EVOLVE. Kyrgios has been represented by the same agency since it was launched in 2022. Knowing this, it is not hard to understand what's the connection.
