
Matt Riddle recently came under fire after it was claimed heintentionally no-showed Global Wrestling Kingdoms debut event. He made some really startling comments after that ordeal and now it seems hes been removed from an upcoming appearance due to his comments.
Matt Riddle has been pulled from appearing at SiouxperCon following controversial remarks he made online about sexual assault and domestic violence. The convention released a statement on Facebook explaining that Riddles comments do not reflect their values and go against their mission to create a safe and inclusive space.
They confirmed that fans who purchased photo ops with Riddle will receive automatic refunds this week. Additionally, SiouxperCon and New Sound Wrestling announced they will donate 10% of proceeds from all SiouxperMania tickets to The Compass Center, which supports survivors of SA and DV.
Riddles removal comes after he lashed out online, calling fans dumb f****** c**** for believing that Me Too sh**, a reference to the lawsuit filed against him during his WWE run.
Matt Riddle was accused ofsexual abuse by indie wrestler Candy Cartwright on the same day as his SmackDown debut. So its clear his recent comments about the whole ordeal were not taken well by many.
