AJ Mana came under fire after Raja Jacksons brutal assault on Syko Stu, after which he claimed that he was fired from his day job over the incident. However, he has now backtracked on that claim entirely.
While speaking on Something to Wrestle, AJ Mana was asked if he had lost his job. He claimed that it wasnt due to a conviction or any actual crime on his part, but rather because of the negative attention surrounding him.
Manas employers told him they had seen the TMZ story labeling him as an accessory to an attempted murder and didnt want that kind of publicity affecting them. While he hasnt technically been fired, they made it clear they dont want him back at work until the situation settles down.
This comes after AJ Mana himself claimed that he was fired from his day job after Mana was caught on Raja Jacksons Kick livestreamtelling Raja Jackson togive Stu a receipt.
AJ Mana has also denied putting a hit on Syko Stu, leading to Raja Jackson assaulting him. As legal investigations continue, it remains to be seen how much more fallout Mana and others tied to the incident will face, since its clear things are far from over.
Do you think AJ Mana is telling the truth about not being fired, or is he trying to save face after his earlier claims? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
