Novak Djokovic is as good as ever at 38! The Serb has completed the quartet of Major semi-finals in 2025 with a notable 6-3, 7-5, 3-6, 6-4 triumph over the last home hope, Taylor Fritz.

The veteran sealed the deal in three hours and 24 minutes at Arthur Ashe Stadium, battling against the crown and improving his perfect score against the 4th seed to 11-0!

The Serb claimed only four points more than his rival. Taylor had the upper hand with his first serve and played efficient tennis at the net. However, he wasted too many opportunities, as Novak denied 11 of 13 break chances!

The four-time winner generated nine break chances and seized four to emerge at the top and move into his 14th US Open semi-final. Officially, last year's finalist had 46 winners and 42 unforced errors.

The legend stood on a 33-40 ratio and still emerged at the top before his rival. Novak will face Carlos Alcaraz in a blockbuster semi-final. Djokovic attacked in the second game of the duel and drew the opponent's mistake on the third break point for an early lead.

Djokovic served for the set at 5-4 and played a loose drop shot to drop serve and bring Fritz back to 5-5. Instead of building on that, the American missed a drop shot in game 11 and experienced a costly break at 15.

Novak served for the set at 6-5 and welcomed the rival's backhand error, wrapping up the second part of the duel and building a massive advantage after an hour and 51 minutes.

The American provided three comfortable holds and wrapped up the set with a backhand winner at 5-3, extending the battle after two hours and 30 minutes. Like many times before, Djokovic used his vast experience and made a fresh start.

Actually, they both served well in the opening nine games, preparing for a tie break. However, Novak held at love for 5-4 and made a push on the return in the next one.

Fritz faced two match points and saved them after extended rallies. He missed a game point and sprayed a double fault on the third match point, propelling the legend through despite a massive effort.
