The brutal beatdown that left Syko Stu hospitalized may not have been a spur-of-the-moment outburstnew footage shows Raja Jackson was explicitly instructed to attack him backstage just moments before the chaos unfolded.
A backstage video has surfaced from the Knox Pro event, showing AJ Mana, directly telling Raja Jackson to give him his receipt after the earlier beer bottle spot between Raja and Syko Stu went sideways. In the clip, AJ is seen telling Raja:
This exchange happened after Syko Stu struck Raja with a beer can in what was supposed to be a choreographed moment. Syko Stu reportedly apologized multiple times afterward, even shaking hands with Raja before the match. Still, the incident escalated when Raja stormed the ring post-match and unloaded a barrage of real punches on Stufootage of which stunned viewers who were watching Rajas livestream.
KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy has since released a strong statement condemning the attack.
The promotion went on to say, In the 17 years of operation of KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as heinous take place such as this and we apologize to our patrons and fans.
But now, with this backstage footage surfacing, fans are questioning whether KnokX Pro is trying to wash their hands of an incident they may have helped set in motion.
Rampage Jackson, Rajas father, previously claimed the assault was a misunderstanding and blamed poor communication and concussion-related judgment issues. But the new video seriously damages any notion that this was just a breakdown in planning.
As Syko Stu continues recovering, this latest development throws a spotlight on accountability and the dangerous consequences of mixing real violence with scripted entertainment.
