During an appearance on Busted Open Radio, Nattie addressed the situation and called it crazy, while making it clear something deeper may be going on. When asked about Naomis sudden absence, Natalya admitted she and others in the locker room were just as in the dark as fans were:

Naomi was expected to defend her title on RAW, but was pulled hours before showtime with WWE citing that she was not medically cleared. That led to even more speculation, especially considering Naomi had been actively promoting the match all weekend. Her opponent, IYO SKY, ended up wrestling Lyra Valkyria in a non-title match instead.
For now, it seems fans will have to wait until Naomi herself decides to speak outbut her WWE family is clearly standing by her.
