Golf fans are delighted with Scottie Scheffler and his skills on the golf course. The world number one is doing magical things and nobody seems to be able to stop him at the moment.
Many people wonder if Scheffler progressed in previous years.
Although his results show that he has indeed improved, some still wonder if it is a matter of something else, such as less competition on the PGA Tour or other factors.
Scottie Scheffler's coach Randy Smith has been working with him since 2003. The two know each other very well, and Smith, as a guest on one of the shows, shared his view of Scheffler and his progress in recent years.

He had nothing but words of praise for Scheffler, highlighting some of the qualities that make the 29-year-old golfer significantly better than others.
It is obvious that the American golfer has progressed in previous years, and most emphasize that it is difficult to find a recipe for his excellent performances.
What Scottie does, I think a great job of, and hes already done a great job at this but hes gotten so much better over the last two or three years is that he dissects everything.
Scottie is reading the green from 185 yards out. The pin is sitting in a position back left and there is a slope on the left side, there is a bank there. He can go up against it, all he wants to. He is going to be more aggressive to that pin because he has a bail out on the left that is going to help him, because he sees the break.

Now playing links style golf courses, he has this ability to see from the fairway sure you have played a practice round but you have your hands full with this shot off a side hill lie! And you can see him when hes looking into the centre of the green, he is reading it just like a putt. He is reading it like a 30 foot putt. The green is doing this, this will give me this, that is where the ball goes and this is the distance that I want to hit this shot."- he said, as quoted by The Golfing Gazette.
The future
Whether the popular golfer will maintain his dominance in the years ahead remains to be seen. At this point, it seems that no one can stop him.
