Joaqun Niemann and Jon Rahm will lead the fight for the individual title after the Spanish golfer played a playoff on Sunday in Chicago. Although the 31-year-old has yet to win at LIV Golf this season, he has shown consistency and now he has a bigger challenge ahead of him.
There are many who are making predictions about who has a better chance of winning the tournament, and both seem to have great foundations.
Pat Perez, a well-known golf figure, believes that Rahm can repeat the success he achieved last season, when he managed to overtake Niemann.
Perez is a little confused about the current situation at LIV Golf, as Niemann's dominance and five wins still do not guarantee that the 27-year-old will emerge as the absolute winner.

Sadly enough, I think Jons going to do it again and it could be without winning. I just cant believe we could even talk about a guy thats won five times that doesnt have it sewn up yet. Its unreal, he said, as quoted by The Golfing Gazette.
Jerry Foltz reacts
Jerry Foltz is impressed by Jon Rahm, emphasizing that Niemann must show character if he wants to celebrate. Rahm is a golfer who patiently waits for his chance, and if he plays as well next week, he could overtake the Chilean and crush his dreams once again. However, how realistic is it?
Its unreal to me how good he is, because he mis-clubbed so many times this week and he finds himself in a playoff. Thats how good he is, thats how much talent he has. If he won, he would have been leading the individual standings by less than a point. But by finishing tied for second, he is 12.25 points behind Joaco which is a little bit of breathing room for Joaco. But Joaco has to play well next week.- Foltz said.
