Charlotte Flair and Andradefinalized their divorce back in 2024, but it was a very difficult period of time for Flair. This is because Flair not only went through a divorce, but she struggled with IVF as well.
While speaking on Off the Vine, Charlotte Flair talked about going through IVF while also dealing with a knee injury and getting a divorce. She said she started with the egg-freezing process and had planned to do full IVF with embryos.
But the stress of everything going on made it too hard. She had just hurt her knee, and as she was going through the process, she realized her marriage was ending after she had tried so hard to save it.
Even after filing for divorce, she still planned to move forward with making embryos. But she wasnt able to because her egg quality wasnt good enough at that time. She said it was all too much to handle at once; the injury, the divorce and the fertility process. Her body was likely reacting to all the stress.
The Queen of WWE said she shut herself off from almost everyone except her assistant Brian, who stayed by her side. She wanted to keep the divorce private. She didnt want to feel embarrassed or like she failed.
Since she and Andrade were in the same company, she didnt want people to know what was happening. She wasnt lying to anyone, but nobody really knew what she was going through.
Charlotte Flair also made it clearshe feels a weight is off her shouldersafter she opened up about her divorce and even made it clearshe is open to dating a professional wrestler again in the future, since they would understand her busy schedule. Regardless, Flair has persevered and is trying to be the best version of herself and thats all that matters.
