The Beast is back.
On SummerSlams second night, Triple H promised that fans havent seen anything yet. That promise was fulfilled in a big way.
John Cena and Cody Rhodes left it all in the ring during the main event match at SummerSlam 2025. Rhodes won the title, and he left to give Cena a moment in the MetLife Stadium crowd. Then the impossible happened.
Out of nowhere, Brock Lesnars music struck and the Beast Incarnate came out. Chants of holy sh*t broke out in the crowd as Cena looked on in disbelief.
Brock Lesnar circled the ring and never took his eyes off John Cena. Then he got in the ring with Cena and hit him with an F5 out of nowhere. SummerSlam ended with Brock Lesnars music blaring as Cena was laid out in the middle of the ring.
This is a shocking development because Brock Lesnar was removed from WWE programming after he was implicated in Janel Grants lawsuit against Vince McMahon. It was said in her lawsuit that she was used as leverage in contract talks with the Beast Incarnate. After that, Lesnar was pulled from television, even ending a WrestleMania program with GUNTHER in its tracks.
We will have to see what happens next in this situation, because it only goes to prove that you never know what will happen in WWE. It certainly looks like the next four months will be very interesting for John Cena.
