Bianca Belair is almost backand just in time for WWEs post-SummerSlam stretch.
According to WrestleVotes, the former multi-time Womens Champion is expected to be cleared for action this upcoming week and could return as soon as the August 9 episode of SmackDown, which airs just days after SummerSlam. One source noted she wont be cleared ahead of this weekend, shutting down hopes for a surprise appearance at the premium live event.
This news follows months of recovery after Belair broke multiple fingers during her triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY at WrestleMania 41. Speaking recently on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Belair explained the exact moment things went wrong mid-match during a German suplex off the top rope.
Belair knew right away that something was seriously wrong.
Despite the pain, she finished the match, but admitted that shes only watched it back once because of how emotionally draining it was to relive it. Now, fans may not have to wait long to see The EST back in action.
