Trenesha Biggersknown to wrestling fans as former TNA Knockout Rhaka Khanis facing serious legal trouble following her arrest in New York City over the weekend. What began as a trespassing call has now escalated into two separate criminal cases, including a felony charge.

According to updated court documents via PWInsider, Biggers is now facing a total of six charges across two cases stemming from her alleged refusal to leave a Midtown Manhattan apartment complex after being evicted.

In the first case, Biggers is charged with criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal trespass in the third degree, and simple trespass. These charges range from Class A and B misdemeanors to violations and collectively carry potential jail time of over a year if convicted.

The second case includes more severe allegations. Biggers is now also charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, another misdemeanor, but the most serious count is a felony: criminal mischief for allegedly causing over $250 in property damage. If convicted of that felony alone, she could face up to four years in prison.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that tenants reported [Biggers] remained on the premises without permission, in violation of an order of eviction she was previously served.

She was reportedly taken into custody without incident and held at the 17th precinct in Manhattan. The NYPD confirmed she was scheduled to be arraigned before New York Criminal Court at 5 PM on the day of her arrest.

Sources familiar with the building say this wasnt the first time Biggers had caused trouble. According to neighbors, her presence had caused ongoing disruptions in recent months, and the latest incident forced the situation into the legal spotlight.

This arrest adds to a growing list of legal entanglements for the former wrestling star. She still has an active bench warrant in Texas on charges including interference with child custody and aggravated kidnapping to facilitate. Biggers was indicted in 2019 but has missed multiple court dates since then.

Her post-wrestling life has become just as chaotic as her time in the ring. In 2023, Biggers filed an infamous 171-page federal lawsuit accusing more than 500 people and organizationsincluding celebrities, law enforcement, and fellow wrestlersof conspiring to kidnap her and her children. That case was dismissed after the court found it lacked any legal standing.

Biggers first appeared on the national wrestling scene during the 2005 WWE Diva Search and later worked for Deep South Wrestling. She found her biggest exposure in TNA from 2008 to 2009, where she shared screen time with names like Scott Steiner, Booker T, and Awesome Kong. Her last known wrestling appearance was in 2011 for Lucha Libre USA on MTV.

Now, the former Knockout faces some of the most serious consequences of her lifeand this time, the spotlight is firmly in the courtroom.
