The CEO of AEW challenged Diana Strong for the PTW Womens Championship in one of the most highly anticipated matches in the Polish promotions history. The two had a solid back-and-forth match where it could have gone either way.
The final moments of the match saw Mercedes Mon hit a huge backstabber on Diana Strong and tap her out with the Monmaker. Thus, Mercedes became the new PTW Womens Champion and this marks her eighth championship under her name, which is obviously a big deal.
Mercedes Mon has been going on a belt collector run for the past several months and her latest title win has definitely helped raise her stock in a huge way.
