Hulk Hogan passed away earlier this week and now Bubba the Love Sponge has revealed how he found out about Hogans worsening condition before anyone else.

While speaking on his YouTube channel, Bubba the Love Sponge shared new details about the circumstances surrounding Hulk Hogans passing. According to him, Hogans cardiac arrest was the result of a series of health issues that began long ago, specifically after complications from cervical and back surgery.

During that procedure, doctors had to move Hogans esophagus, and something went wrong, either a nick or similar damage, which marked the beginning of a slow and steady decline in his health.

Bubba noted that based on what he was told by a highly reliable source, Hogans lifestyle also played a major role. Despite his health issues, Hogan continued to maintain an intense travel and appearance schedule.

Bubba noted that the Hulkster was constantly on the move, traveling to promote his beer, his new wrestling promotion in New York, his sports bar and hosting karaoke nights at Hogans Hangout every Monday. He was also scheduled to appear at the opening of a new Hogan Surf Shop in Pigeon Valley, Tennessee.

The only way Hulk Hogans esophagus could have properly healed, according to Bubba, was through complete rest. But flying on private jets, staying in hotel beds, and moving from city to city didnt give Hogans body the recovery time it needed. Bubba believes this relentless pace was a major contributing factor to the condition that ultimately led to Hogans death.

Bubba also revealed that just a day before Hulk Hogan passed, someone emailed his show claiming they lived nearby and had witnessed a hospital bed and medical equipment being delivered to Hogans home.

This account aligned with what another source, a valet at Morton Plant Hospital, told Bubba. That source claimed Hogan had been transported via ambulance with unmarked police vehicles.

Based on what Bubba gathered, it appeared Hogan may have only spent a single day at home before his condition worsened. When he was taken out, eyewitnesses noted there were no emergency life-saving measures being performed; no CPR, no oxygen mask, and no traditional ambulance in sight. Instead, he was transported in a van following a fire truck.

Fans all over the world are mourning the loss of one of wrestlings biggest legends. Hogan was always busy, showing up for events and meeting fans, which made him loved by millions. But in the end, that busy lifestyle may have hurt his health far too much until it was too late.

Do you think Hulk Hogans intense post-retirement schedule contributed to his health decline, or was it simply part of who he was always giving to his fans? Sound off in the comments.
