According to The U.S. Sun, Hogans third wife Sky Daily stands to inherit at least 30% of his estate under Florida law, whether or not his trust or will were updated before his sudden passing.
Hogan and Sky had only been married for two years, but Floridas spousal elective share law guarantees her a third of his estate regardless of whats in his legal documents. That inheritance could create serious tension with Hogans ex-wives and estranged daughter, Brooke Hogan, who he hadnt spoken to in years and never met her twin babies born earlier this year.
