Eric Bischoff isnt counting out TNA Wrestling anymorein fact, he thinks theyre one move away from overtaking AEW as the number two promotion in the business.

During an appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show, Bischoff praised the current direction of TNA Wrestling and made a bold prediction about their future, especially after the success of TNA Slammiversary at UBS Arena, which drew over 7,000 fans for their biggest North American crowd ever.

Bischoff admitted he previously wrote off the company but is now impressed by the progress. When asked if TNA could potentially surpass AEWs spot in the wrestling hierarchy, Bischoff didnt hesitate.

AEW All In drew around 30,000 fans the week prior to TNAs Slammiversary, but with TNAs current momentum and ongoing negotiations, the conversation could shift fast. TNA iMPACT! currently airs on AXS TV and TNA+, but President Carlos Silva has already teased that a new television deal may be in the works.

Bischoff, who is currently promoting his new Real American Freestyle promotion launching August 30 in Cleveland, clearly sees big things ahead for the brand he once dismissed.

TNAs comeback might just be one broadcast contract away from rewriting the wrestling landscapeand if Bischoffs instincts are right, AEW better keep an eye on the rearview.
